Hopefully my next stay (MGallery Bachleda Luxury Hotel-Krakow) will be better in terms of loyalty appreciation. It's my first stay as Platinum so I hope that will make sense... But I don't have too high hopes.
the bachleda is good , i love their restaurant and based on feedbacks from colleagues/friends their rooms are nice , and for service you should be satisfied
