I regularly call GS reservations from overseas, I never had that issue. On my last try from a landline just before I got thru the greetings, then got "5-10 minutes wait time" announcement, then a couple of Rhapsody tune, then disconnect

Next try: got thru and connected once more to an agent at the PassPlus desk. Something is really screwed up here!!!
