I tried again and for the 4th time now the GS # dialing via ATT connects again to PassPlus, where the same agent (Kathy) answered the third time.
While I can hear her, she does not hear me. Same happened when calling from both cell phone and landline.
The issue is that I cannot even talk to an agent, because the agent does not hear me, or I get disconnected before one of those PassPlus agents even picks up.
