Meta 99 rule is only at the MC
I only use VGC at WM
I was unsuccessful with 100 loads at register using both Staples VGC and MC.
I received Payment Declined - Reason 01 on first and second swipe. Guess I'll have
to keep the swipes under 99 at my local MS friendly store.
