Received the email for this (and registered) a while back, probably back around early in July? It was on my select card, but my 'gold' offer was 600 miles for $650 in spend (or maybe 650 miles for 600 in spend...can't remember). Either way, not really worth making the effort to spend based on this specific promotion for me, though I needed to start spending on this card for extra PQD anyway, so summer was as good a time as any. I'm pretty sure I must have hit the threshold by now. Interestingly enough, wife didn't get anything on her card for this (also a Select).

On another note, not holding my breath, given like many others, haven't received the TravelBank dollars for March spending from that promotion, even though we're beyond the 8 week max timeline for May transactions.
