B011- the number of hub cities with jet service from Newburgh’s Stewart Field (SWF) was rather small, and the three-online-flight condition points to an airline that had two hubs in the eastern part of the country

let’s start with American: while there was service out of both Houston Intercontinental/IAH and Hobby/HOU, I'll guess IAH-Dallas (DFW), Fokker 100; DFW-Raleigh/Durham (RDU), 757; RDU-SWF, MD-80
