I can confirm that no fee was charged for go back load at WM. The fee fiasco only lasted a few days . Only issue is 1.5K load failed, then tried 1K that failed. $500 worked. I know I had not met my monthly quota so for some reason it looks like it is limited to $500 per transaction, you may be able to load multiple transaction till the daily and 30 day limit.

I thought 1.5k load should work as that would be total of 4 card swipe per transaction.
