Had a three night paid stay here over a weekend (Thurs-Sun) before my flight out as a Globalist. As mentioned earlier in the thread, only the west tower is open for guests at this time.

Was greeted as a glob upon check-in, and told I was upgraded to a corner suite on the 11th (out of 12) floors. The club lounge was open in the evening and provided a decent spread, as well as a nice selection of wines, and the typical hotel liquors.

Friday morning's breakfast was offered in the restaurant on the first floor, where the rest of the nights breakfast was offered at the lounge.

Thursday night to Friday the property had a couple of guests, but nothing extraordinary. On Friday night, a ton of people doing staycations checked in. It looked like most of the guests were families with small children.

The hotel is setup well for those with children, there is a separate children's pool, as well as a playground and children's play area on the 2nd floor where the fitness center is.

The fitness center has a pool, as well as machines. I don't remember if there are free weights. There is also a sauna with two baths, one hot and one cold. The actual dry sauna was closed (due to COVID), and there was no steam room.

The property is super close to the airport (like you can see the airport from the windows), however, not much going on in the neighborhood. There are a couple of other hotels nearby, and 1-3 restaurants, and some convenience stores. Definitely not as dense as other cities in Korea. There is a shuttle to the airport available.

Oh, they don't have a publicly available ice machine, and they charge 4,000W for ice delivery. When I said something about that, they waived the charge because I'm a globalist. Twice. I don't think we would have gotten it waived a third time.

This was my first experience at a Hyatt as a Globalist, and I was pleased overall, with the exception of the ice thing. Happy to answer any questions should folks have any.
