A very inadequate response, as I expected, from BA customer service about why they would not put me on another airline after cancelled flight, why they did not refund the difference between the first cancelled flight and the second cancelled flight ($450) and why they did not refund a cancelled flight from July 2020 but gave credit instead. Response was essentially, "sometimes we don't put people on other airlines." As to the credit not refunded "you booked through a travel agent. Up to them to resolve." And the third flight they also said was travel agent but I had booked directly. Fortunately there are other carriers after I use those BA credits.
