From CLEAR Membership Support page:

Do I need a REAL ID to enroll or use CLEAR?

Yes – before the May 3, 2023 deadline, CLEAR will need your REAL ID-compliant license or passport on your CLEAR profile. You can add your REAL ID-compliant document to your profile at a CLEAR location – simply ask a CLEAR Ambassador to assist you.

If you don’t have a REAL ID-compliant document yet, you can still enroll with the following forms of ID: US Passport Card, US-issued Permanent Resident Card, State-issued ID, US Military ID, or Global Entry Card. Note that you may need to update your CLEAR profile before the May 3, 2023 deadline.

And from and older membership support page when the REAL ID deadline was still October 2021:
