Didn't think TU-95 would be that heavy fully loaded but what do I know (totally sincere) about runway loading of those, let alone Ilyushin and Antonov transports of that era?
I recall the a/c turning around on the runway at VRA and went to check: Approach from the SW would have to turnaround at the NE end of the runway and taxi back along. Runway is ~3,500 m while the taxi way is only ~2,000m. HOG has a full-length taxiway.
