Good luck getting through quickly. I called yesterday, (virtual) hold time was just about 3 hours. At the three hour mark, I missed answering their call, next call back was received 2 hours later.

That being said, it was for a dinner reservation for next week, wasn't urgent, virtual hold worked generally well, and they actually managed to get me a reservation at a restaurant that showed full when I tried to book it myself!
