Assuming this is a BA ticket codeshared on to a QR flight then BA's ticketing would apply. To get an accurate fare we would need a lot of data, particularly the fare basis coding. You can't work it out from the e-ticket alone, but sometimes you can guess. Just apportion the taxes per sectors, then halve the base fare, and knock a bit off to manage expectations.
