Did you get the associated miles that goes with a travel packages? Seems odd to be able to purchase the certificates without the miles although I guess theoretically you can buy a replacement cert and pay the residual value (but that’s kind of shady and should not be allowed without an offsetting cert).

I certainly hope you got the miles before your acct got cancelled.
