I'm sure that does happen with emails sometimes, but I've sent emails for things like asking for city guides or for restaurant/bar recommendations in cities I'm traveling to, and I'll miss the ability to just send an email for that. I'm fine with needing to call if I can actually get through quickly, but I'm not sure when that will be the case.
