My concierge got in touch with them and manually added the 3 nights, but not the points. He had to get copies of the corrected folios from them. Once he did, he manually posted the points. He also gave me some points for my trouble. I did not ask for anything except for it to be fixed.
The hotel FD manager also sent me an email apologizing for the issues we encountered.
