Perhaps it's too early to ask this question, but once you get an Amtrak voucher, what do you do with it? Is this a piece of paper that then has to be presented in person at the ticket counter in order to apply the credit to a later ticket? Or can you somehow enter a code if you're booking online and want to use a voucher to apply to part of a ticket's cost?
