Collinson is in the terminal building, expresstest (I believe) is offsite. Having said that, I wouldn't be too bothered about turnround time. Randox for instance is almost half the price for a DIY test.
There was talk here of the UK government discussing the amber+ list yesterday - apparently there was supposed to be some meeting? Did this ever happen?
There was a cabinet meeting but it was focussed on the "pingdemic". The review should be Thursday next week or thereabouts.
