If BA Holidays are signed up to the ABTA Code, then a significant time change which resulted in a hotel stay before or after a journey would be classed as a significant change (or one which arrives after midnight etc.). I had to argue with TUI once around this point. Their Ts and Cs did not consider that a significant change, but the ABTA code says it was.
