I've never been able to open the PDF on my Android phone, but was always able to download and open it on my Windows laptop, so figured it was an Android quirk.
Today, however, that doesn't work either. I highly doubt that it's my configuration because every other website / email that downloads a PDF to my laptop is readable. It seems like they are creating something other than a PDF with an extension of .pdf. Anyone else have experience with this?
