Checkin: Arrived 1300, was checked-in promptly but a bit of a line at the front desk with people checking out (this was on a Sunday afternoon)
Upgrade: Upgraded to a Parlor Suite which is what I had been hoping for and it was offered proactively without me having to say "well I do see you're still selling it online so surely it's still available?" A+ on Wynn/Encore for that. Suite was significantly larger than the standard suite so it made our stay 100% more enjoyable and our two dogs were able to run around freely.
Late Checkout: Proactively offered too and 0 issues. Keys also worked all the way through 4PM.
Breakfast Credit: $30/person and was able to use it at The Buffet (make a reservation beforehand or you'll likely have to wait awhile) without issue.
Credits: Tried getting check-in agent to change the spa credit to a resort credit but was unable to. However, after trying to book a spa service, they said none were available the next day. I called the front desk and explained it to them and they said they would change it to a F&B credit. At check-out, $25 credit, $5 wifi credit, $60 bkfst credit applied correctly, however the $100 F&B credit didn't apply to La Cave since it "was not a restaurant owned by Wynn". Wish I had known that but the credit applied to the overages at the other places I went to but about $20 of the credit was wasted. Oh well, wasn't a big issue. Very great stay overall!
