Had 8 friends get moved from slc jfk ath to slc atl jfk ath due to the a330 screw up over the wknd. None received an email. 8 hour call back time now for them. I called and it's some new voice activated bs that doesn't even recognize DM. Supposed to meet another group in jfk. Delta is beyond belief now.
