I think RC will kick StR's butt regarding hardware, it's certainly not a strength of StR. Several lower priced options have better hardware than StR for example Las Alcobas, the new Sofitel, and dare I say, perhaps InterContinental as well. RC being a new hotel I would not expect service to be on par with StR early on however, and possibly they won't give free breakfast unlike StR.
