The Points Guy is now reporting that as of August 18, Concierge will not be accepting email requests and will be phone call only.
I'm not sure about chat requests via the app. I was happy about the AF increase because of the FHR/CLEAR/entertainment credit but I find this very irksome. Emailing is often much more convenient than calling, especially with hold times being what they are. I would imagine this change will not affect Centurion Card holders.
