Yesterday in YYJ the zones were totally random and the automated messages were mixed up and called zones 1 and then moments later zone 5. A family of 5 seated in the same row were split into 3 different zone.
Gate agent tried to explain the zone are based on the number of Aeroplan points the passenger has. ROFLMAO.
