Eurobonus awards for infant/child

I didn't realize that infants travel free (taxes and fees need to be paid) if the parent is booking a Eurobonus award. In addition, children between 2-17 can get Eurobonus award tickets for 50% off.

In addition, SAS said that bassinets are available only to infants under 9 months. Our's will be 9-1/2 months when she flies, so our request was denied. This also denies them a bulkhead seat, but that's expected.

How much taxes and fees would I expect the infant to pay for their seat?
