Yes, I had some success with that in a case SK messed up. I wasn't directly connected but was called back by the shift manager after two hours or so. But to get to the point I had to be very nasty to the CSR. Not in "insulting" nasty, but as very angry, very firm and well prepared knowing my rights and told them I'm prepared to fight for them up to my last dying breath
