If you wish to use an actual cash credit with Audible (promotion, refund, etc.), do not use Amazon or a device app​​! Put the book(s) in your cart at Audible-dot-com after confirming you can see a cash credit on your account; the system defaults to using credits, so be sure you have selected paying cash instead!
