Between October and December 2020, WiFi was free of charge on all flights due to the celebration of the 50th Super Wi-Fi aircraft equipped QR aircraft getting into service.

In 2021, the paid system is back so if the aircraft on your flights have SuperWifi, it's either $10 per flight or free 1 hour Wi-Fi. For aircraft with the old Wi-Fi system, still you would need to pay something.

Some people ( targeted ) could score a 20% discount coupon at Manage my Booking or during OLCI and then the price for Super WiFi would decrease to $8.
