Do you like 5C, 5D on the 767-300 Intl?

It's been a while since I've been on a 767-300 International Configuration. I flew it today from IAD-LAX (flight 891, 8:40am departure). I was in 5D.

I used to like the middle two seats in 5 as they have more room in front than any other seats. The downside of this is that people think that's ok to use your row as a crossing point between the two aisles. I think it's fine for them to do that during boarding, but when I've got my footrest fully extended and AM SLEEPING, it's not OK to freakin try to hop over me, kick my leg, and wake me up. One guy on the plane did it twice today so he could chat with his wife/mistress/mommy who was on the opposite side of him (she was in F, he was in C). The first time he did it, I said something to him...the second, I nearly throttled him.

I'm in this seat again this weekend on the way to BRU (from IAD). Do any of you avoid these seats, or do you like them?
