Just finished a six night stay here. Had one night (cash) reserved in a superior overwater and five nights (points) in a reef villa. I asked via the app messenger the day before our arrival about an upgrade and they placed us in a deluxe overwater for the entirety of our stay. We were thrilled! (I am lifetime titanium) They said the room was “island view” but we had a view of Otemanu from our deck that was pretty incredible. 112 was our villa.

Service was great for the most part. Loved having dedicated bikes for each villa - used them a ton. Free breakfast was a wonderful perk. Snorkeling and floating in the lagoonarium was a dream. We felt like we were the only people there! Resort was fully booked.

I coordinated with the resort before we left to plan excursions and dinner reservations. Also paid $50 for a flower arrangement in our room which was incredibly beautiful and worth every penny! Received a complimentary full bottle of champagne on arrival along with macarons and fresh fruit in a coconut. In the room was a nice canvas branded tote bag. Every night for turndown rather than chocolates, they provided a small bottle of monoi oil, which is like a scented body oil - kind of an odd flex, but loved the vanilla scented one!

if it rains - ask about the rainy day happy hour - from 2-6 drinks are half off! A tiki drink for $14 is a steal.

If you want snacks for the room, consider taking the free boat shuttle and van into Vaitape and go to the grocery store to stock up if you’re there awhile. We went mid stay, mostly to look at the pearl shops, but saw many come back with baguettes and cases of beer. The boat ride is an easy five minutes, but the 25 min van ride was pretty hot and uncomfortable. They leave you there for two hours and there isn’t a whole lot to see/do there.

St. Regis is a magical place and would love to return someday!
