I'm also very frustrated with bonus points posting. I first used my Amex in early August- I still haven't seen the 4,000 'first use' bonus points applied. Every time I call the SPG Gold phone # the rep almost goes out of their way to give me the runaround. Around the same time I signed up for e-statements, 250 bonus is only now credited b/c one rep took pity on me I think...

To me having to wait that long for points is ridiculuous. I had planned on using my SPG Amex to pay for EVERYTHING related to my wedding next year, and using the points shortly after for part of the honeymoon. I now wonder if that is asking for an ordeal.
