The elite check-in line is one I almost never use unless the kiosk tells me to see an agent...when there is a line at bag drop off, it usually moves WAY faster than any other line including the elite line. I highly doubt anyone at the counter would care or even say anything if someone used the elite line that wasn't elite....they just want to keep things moving.
