Could have been submitted by FA after noting something where you deserved a credit. Good Samaritan or equipment failure.

I had Alaska employee in lounge tell me they submitted miles in my account as a Thank You.
Happened after I assisted large group passengers in lounge that were having difficulties, and lounge short handed.
Never showed up in my account, I guess someone else got bonus miles?
Never mentioned MIA miles .
But, am curious what they submitted?
