I am traveling to Kauai in December and I've been looking for a rental car and for my date of arrival the only 2 options I have found so far for my arrival date are Avis - 28 day minimum rental, and Budget - 10 day rental. I'm only on the island for 6 days 12/15 - 12/21 so I went ahead and booked the (not prepaid, free cancellation, no upfront payment) booking through Budget for 12/15 - 12/25.

The rate terms state:
- Your rate was calculated based on the information provided. Some modifications may change this rate.
- 4 Days 3 hours minimum rental required
- 28 days maximum rental allowed
- Unlimited free miles

Since my 6 day rental will meet the 4 Day 3 hour minimum rental required. This means I should be able to return the car after 6 days, and be charged at the same daily rate x 6 days (instead of daily rate x 10 days) right?
