Called Amex and was just denied credit for seat reservation fees ($134x2) as the CSR said these are not on the list. Is that right or is this a HUCA situation?!!

Addendum:
Just tried the Chat function online - received the $200 credit almost immediately.

In 6 months I have already received much better service on the chat line so I think I may just not bother with telephone reps in the future.
