I went to the cancellation page and selected the option to estimate amount of the refund. It only shows a specific amount of money ("X cancellation charge", "Y will be refunded")
- Does it mean that the miles will not be refunded and all I get is this money amount?
Yes the miles that you have used for the upgrade would be refunded.
However, if the miles you have used for the upgrade are expired, you wouldn't get them back.
