We spent a week in Alaska in June on a driving trip. Should anyone be looking for an excellent restaurant in Anchorage, I recommend Southside Bistro - Fine Dining in Anchorage, Alaska. Friends live in Anchorage and this is one of their go to restaurants. They were short staffed as were all hotels and restaurants we visited but service remained excellent and the food superb.
