Ok, piggyback on this question.
I have a paid ($$) ticket that I upgraded using M&S miles. If I cancel this ticket - will the miles be refunded?
I went to the cancellation page and selected the option to estimate amount of the refund. It only shows a specific amount of money ("X cancellation charge", "Y will be refunded")
- Does it mean that the miles will not be refunded and all I get is this money amount?
