Not really; dozens of flights land at TLV daily. I suspect that the reason is that Emirates still does not to fly its own aircraft to TLV. All flights in the foreseeable future are FlyDubai.

I can't wait for the Emirates inauguration flight. I'd love to burn my miles on it.
