Award redemptions don't include chauffeur service, but do include lounge access and seat selection. Have you been able to select seats? That'll be your clue if anything's changed, but I'm 97% certain that it hasn't.
But AS and EK are ending their relationship in just a few days so no way to know really what EK will do... they can deny access to previously issued tickets by AS. Technically access is only guaranteed until 7.31.21:
