The account in question reflects the credit of only 4000 in stay bonuses so far, several of which were posted only after contacting online AMEX CS: 6/1 - 1000; 7/6 - 500; 8/3 - 1500 (500 X3), and 8/13-1000. At first, it seemd that certain hotels, especailly Westins, weren't recognized by AMEX as *wood properties for purposes of the bonus. There are 2, or possibly 3, stays for which the bonus hasn't posted yet.

If the problem was that the maximum stay bonus had already been earned, then AMEX should say so rather than give replies that are wholly unresponsive. However, in this instance it's not the case that the maximum bonus has been credited.
