Not sure this has come up in this thread before, but I just stumbled across a new Holiday Inn in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia. Comes up when searching on IHG.com and says "opening soon" indicating availability after 15 Aug 2021, but no rooms / rates seem loaded yet. Location appears just to the left of the road entrance for the (ageing) Fairmont. Not a beach front property, but a very short walk from hotel to Sanur beach down the road.
