Will go with a J31 for the MRY-LAX Eagle.

MRY-SFO — not UA EM2, not US BE1
SFO-DFW — widebody, not DL L15, not AA M11

DFW-HOU — DL AT7
This one still has me stumped. There's a three different airlines requirement and the SFO-DFW widebody is rare on domestic routes so that test would, in my opinion, eliminate any 767s and DC-10s. Maybe regular L-1011s were sufficiently rare by 1995? I cannot picture UA flying 747s to DFW. So, I'm going to guess that maybe some oddball leisure airline flew SFO-DFW as the continuation of a Hawaii flight?

Let's go with:
MRY-SFO AA SWM
SFO-DFW TZ L10
DFW-HOU DL AT7
