May I recommend an appropriate rum drink for your malady......and perhaps you are not familiar with this particular recipe:

In a tall glass with abundant ice cubes, add the better part of one (1) bottle of Abita Root Beer (all natural, made with pure Louisiana cane sugar and non-alcoholic).

Then add a liberal shot (or slightly more) of Goslings Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum (proudly produced "since 1806"). And here's what the distiller in Bermuda says about their rum:

Originally called "Old Rum", it was available only on draught out of oak barrels. Finally, after World War One, Black Seal rum was sold in Champagne bottles, the most widely available bottle at the time. The cork was sealed with with black sealing wax, hence the name Black Seal.

And following an arduous day of yard work (we have a rather large yard) trimming trees and also excavating a new flood control channel (it may permit barge traffic when completed but I could be wrong about this - sea going marine traffic may also be possible), this particular concoction was most welcome whilst yours truly was relaxing outside on our back deck with appropriate jazz music on the outdoor speakers (and many thanks to the great folks with PSB up in Canada who built these fine transducers!) accompanying my review of the day's activities.....
