My comment was based on my trip on Monday, but cannot comment how long this has been in place. To be honest, CPH is a mess with COVID handling and I don't blame SAS for showing proof of being COVID free. Fortunately the lounge was empty and it was not hard to isolate, which was not the case in ZRH where the lounge was full and I was never asked once at the airport for a negative test. Lots of people in the ZRH lounge without masks as well...or not using them properly around the food area.
In more recent days, the SAS lounge at CPH has been relatively busy upstairs with passengers before the US-bound flights are to head out. But the line to get in has been even more crowded than the lounge; and that’s been due to the vaccination/test result checks by CPH lounge staff prior to allowing entry.
