szacksanders thanks for the thorough review. I see service remains very much a work in progress unfortunately, they can't even get some easy basics right such as status recognition at check-in.
Regarding the covid test, since you had a 5-night stay I am assuming you took the government-required covid test on day 4. Just to clarify, are you saying you were given the choice by StR to have it at the hotel rather than Hamilton for $75 extra, or go to Hamilton to get the test for free and use the certificate for travel?
