Now that the Tasman Bubble has come crashing closed for at-least the next 8 weeks, pricing to RAR in the last 24hours has surged incredibly $931 Seat Only on some days of the week.
It improves slightly in mid-August with flights becoming double daily 789s with prices dropping back down to $500-600 seat only.

With NZ currently being the only airline providing services between New Zealand and the Cook Islands, surely some regulation is required.
There seems to be plenty of accommodation for these dates, but the prices to get there are extreme.
