The FreeNow taxi app is showing €14 from Centrale to the FS and good availability (especially considering it's a bit after midnight in Milan). 140 sounds more like an airport transfer. Would carrying a bit of cash be difficult?
Why did you choose the FS rather than, for example, the MO?
