Recently booked an award ticket with Emirates business class in May through Alaska. I was told by the Emirates customer service rep over the phone that I'm not allowed lounge access because Alaska issued the ticket. Is this correct? I was under the assumption that lounge access is permitted but there's no chauffeur service.
